Returns

Garments must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Garments must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

Exchanges are possible. (Change for something else of a higer price)

Returning the garment to us, the cost is cover by you.

The consumer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality (no defects)

   having individually defined properties (personalised),

   if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer who purchases it.

How to make a Return

Place your garment in a suitable container preferably the original bag

Send it to us, preferable with a method we can track

Once we receive it, your order status will change to "returned"

Defective Garments

Send us photo of the garment to sadface@yakastyle.com

We will contact you and solve the situation to your satisfaction.

Delayed order

All our orders are sent with a tracking number

if you are experience a delay on your order please write us to delay@yakastyle.com

specify your tracking number and we will trace your delivery

Where is your refund!

Well if your refund is not there yet and we have told is already done

we have seen a delay inter bank up to 21 days
